Intellectual Property & Materials
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with 81 Technology Exclusives, LLC and its licensors. Any proprietary systems, processes, catalogs, or materials we create remain our intellectual property, though clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use deliverables upon full execution of payment terms.

In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party ("Third-Party Services"), such as payment processors, shipping carriers, manufacturer warranty portals, or cloud account services.
If you use any Third Party Services, you understand that:

Changes
